Chairman Russell (Buster) Attebery is currently serving as a Member at Large of the California Tribal Chairpersons Association (CTCA) and a Representative to CA Chairs of the NCTCA.
He graduated from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received a lifetime Clear Teaching Credential from Humboldt State University through the Indian Teacher Education Program. He worked for Redding School District and the Siskiyou County School District.
